I'm new to the forum, was pointed in this direction by. matthew2riches he has just done some welding on my discovery, a good job as well.
Looking to do some green laning, I live in brentwood area....
Also looking for seats in good condition if anyone has any let me know....
Any way cheers look forward to hearing from you....

Oh..... I thought I'd got away from you

Cheers but looking for non electric and clothe

Well "P" gasket replaced (the original one was non existent) with a little encouragement from Brian and the use of his tools, Thank you Brian - I truly am a total tit when it comes to maintenance & repairs but Brian gave me the confidence to get it sorted

the biggest pain in the ass was the excessive grinding from spankie! jesus did he make some friking noise! then to finish off Brian made me wet!

Hi Fella keep your eyes on this thread, we hope to go laning one evening next week. There is a group of off road guys that meet in the Thatchers and go laning regular if your interested let me know and will sort out their details for you.

Good its sorted, you up for a few lanes one evening next week. Im in Great Saling all week so could meet up. Any one else fancy it.

Not a bad day for me today either.
Front ARB removed, engine oil and filter changed and autoboxes fluid changed. Also swapped the alloy wheel nuts for steel ones as well.
Tried to change the cb radio but couldn't get the head unit out so will have try again next weekend.

Next job is to get hold of a set of harnesses

yeah let me know when and (I work thursdays tho) I need to make a trip down to see you soon, unless you wanna earn a few ££ and come and show me what to do )) im getting quite good with my hands lol

As im away in mine next week and the other half has to get in it i thougt i better get it cleaned, have not cleaned it since Slindon weekend. Local Eastern european car washer could not get to grips with the fact after 10 mins of pressure washing the underside muddy water was still flowing, bless them they even leathered it and painted the tyre walls all for 8 quid. So the sooner i get some mud back on the underside the better.
