This is a different one nick that was going to be a tester before I modded the one you're having as it has loads of holes in it from previous owner to chris

Well that was a wasted 200 mile round trip, why do people think they can simply lie about a vehicle and expect people not to notice! Got there and its running on 5, no diff lock, trim all falling apart and cheap, bald tyres on it, not quite the 'great condition, clean and with rear locker' he told me it was!!

It seems its quite hard to get a decent SWB shogun with a locker, starting to wonder if another disco might be better, the shoguns are so much better built though and thats what appeals to me.... hmmm... will have to have a think...

Was that one of you following a P reg disco, with the near side quarter bumper missing, up Bergholt Road, Colchester, today? I was in front of a nice blue disco that looked off road prepared with CB aerial that headed towards Sudbury. Just wondered if it was someone off here so that if I see the motor again I'll know who it is :)

What a waste of time :(

If your looking at Disco's this one had caught my eye. I had asked a few pointed pointed questions, claimed rust is not too bad. No sunroofs, manual, non ABS, non EDC). low mileage.

I've decided to stick with the fender for a bit and see if I can make it family friendly before winter. I've brought a new roof for it, no sunroof or alpines).
 
Arrrrrrhhhh it's official I really really hate my disco, took it to work today finished at 1 on way home had to pop to local motor factors, for brake pads on the wife's golf, went in come out and bloody heap wouldn't start, starter motor just about turning over then it court fire, very nearly left it to burn, I think I'm done with land rovers now driving me nuts, anybody got a 200 tdi starter motor for sale

I dont really want to spend to much as got some big expenditures coming up so absolute limit is about £2000 and that includes all the mods. I am tempted to go see this one as its in colchester, it looks terrible but if its solid and decent enough I have a mate who would love to rip that body apart and make it look better

It does look like a shocker but it hasn't sold in a month and could have potential... will have to be good under the skin tho and im talking £1500 max for it if that personally, cant see it selling otherwise, got to be worth a look as its round the corner...
