I've not doing no fords until I've got a breather kit "thank you" or until someone takes me to anglia hose and tells me what I need to buy :)

Buy a kit of eBay, £20 or so, get all the bits you need then...

An tempted to come out tomorrow, the defender is in the garage at the mo but might be able to grab it in the morning...

Checked the 110's mpg today.
managed 27 mpg, pleasing when the Disco averaged 22mpg over 6000 miles :)
Not bad for a great lump of metal shaped into a brick.

I can see your starting to feel the love for a great lump of metal.:p
That's cos you've been disillusioned with the luxury of a Disco, you will see the light one day don't worry.;)

Purchased :) cheeses eBay is my new best friend & its costing me a fortune :)

Cheers Geoff, if I get the kit in time, I might take you up on that offer :)

It's easy to fit guy, I could show you how there fitted and even supply the cable ties you will inevitably forget. ;)

Cheers Brian (the kit I brought comes with cable ties & a manifold) - you could show me how to fit it when you do my de-cat - egr & change my front springs

(Have I told you lately that I love you) lol

Got a few bits done to the Landy today. Mainly emptied all the parts out of it, stripped all carpets out again and bonded in front sunroof. Need to remove the seats and clean all the floors again then put all door seals on.

Nick - when am I likely to be able to get the headliner. Also need the plastic bit that the sun visors fold up to I think.

Once my trailer is finished and a few other small projects sorted and out the way, I'll be able to buy new wide angle props, get Mikey to drill my balls :)o) and crank my arms then hopefully I'll be up and running again!!!!!

What a great day we had yesterday.

Not a high lane count, but those we did were great fun.

We did Violets, where Mikey had to pull Copping all the way through and we had to tow a Suzuki all the way through.

Judging by how deep it all was we missed out on a few other good fords, like standon and Terling.

I didn't get many pictures but here is one.

You can see copping in front of us standing on his roof. :(

I forgot to mention, dunmow was very deep.

I wish we had gone earlier as planned so we could get some pictures.

It is only under a foot deep normally, maybe 6", but it must have been over 3ft.

We were floating in the middle at one point as the landy was steering like a boat, but we made it.
