Dan, your just lazy! :p

Got a sandblaster here Brian, load of dry sand too which means i've been planning on blasting something but can't for the life of me think what it was.

Put new rear pads on but left the fronts, turned out they still had over half the pad left so no point. Got the wrong handbrake cable again lol.
Did notice my replacement rear diff is leaking so gonna get a new seal for it then i can tackle that and cleaning my handbrake drum out another day.

please tell me your not using regular sand!!! using actual sand has been pretty much outlawed as it releases silicates that cause silicosis (a lung disease similar to asbestosis!) what you want to use for best results is crushed walnut shell!

Would pistachio shells work?
I'm more than happy to eat a few bags of dry roasted pistachios for you, but i may need a beer to wash them down!
Selfness i know:D

Best to be armed with the info, theres always some numpty that do somthing like take signs down or put false signs up, or even block the lane.

Route planned, checked against the Suffolk list of TRO's and all the long lanes are out of bounds  looks like it could be a short day out in Suffolk.

Stu, I've also found a lane just up the road from me and you drive right past every time you come down the A12. next time your heading down this way with spare time, give me a call and we can go and have a look (or anyone else for that matter).

PS - I've checked the Essex CC TRO's and its OK to use (LINK)

Cheers
Nick.

Hi nick,

Thats one of the reasons why I said check the Lane's TRO's before you go, its a pee off if you keep turning up and they are closed.

Think i know the one you mean, yeah will will have to have a look at that one.

Did you get your rear Recovery rings sorted?

Iam about tomorrow moring if you are, but not too early....

Er not sure today Brian, am going down there in a bit but i've got a fair bit to get done and i'm working tonight.
I'm give you a text if i get the time to do it though.

I'd be interested to have a peek at your route if you don't mind; like to see how folk route themselves, especially with the lanes strung out as they are in Suffolk.

Thankfully i checked them all last night;).
A few of the lanes were good fun, but much further apart than those we did last month.
No can do tomorrow as I’m moving furniture and laying carpets for the in-laws (can’t get out of it as they looked after the kiddies today).
PS - Photo’s will be posted on Suffolk lanes thread later this evening (ish).
