Brian, how much for the A pillars, over head map pockets and sun visors/clips? Oh I need a grey glovebox as well.

Sunvisors, overhead storage (manual roof version i presume) a pillar trim £20

I thought I had a spare glovebox but I cannot find it. The other has gone to Ireland with one of the sun visor clips.

If dan has got a clip and glovebox I can bring them home so you can collect all from me if you like.

I've got so many bits from my last few breakers left over I really need a sort out.

Can't wait till show season, gonna need a chance to have another sale.

That would be great. I've only a small trailer though. Last time I filled that and the back of the landy. Managed to come back half loaded.

What I would ideally do is have an eBay day, but my account has been blocked at no fault of my own.

As soon as youre two are out the workshop Brian ill be emptying my upstairs and ebaying the fricking lot! Want everything gone!

I keep getting asked for wheels and tyres dan. You should get good money for yours.

Update from me..... long time no real see

All good with the TD5. Had a small issue whereby the ACE light came on but upon plugging into Hawkeye Pro and clearing fault code for pressure sensor on ACE pump it disappeared and hasn't been back Oh and a blown fuse on the cigar lighter from using my searchlight too much.

Love it - no messing around trying to diagnose. Computer just says why it is poorly!

Chassis and most parts from the green 300 are gone. Few last bits then I'll have a clear workshop again.

Still on the hunt for a defender TD5 for offroading. Disco is still (and will stay) for best.

Apart from that I've just been busy working and dealing with family stuff.

I agree Matt, i love my TD5!

So who's running wide angle props? I'm gonna be adding 2" lifting blocks to mine and the standard props are pretty stretched as is it.
Narrowed it down to GKN/Gwen Lewis or Bailey Morris items.

Anybody had any experience with either?

Both of mine are Bailey, got the last one from Paddocks.

Would lifting the body make any odds to the props?

Lifting body won't make any odds as just body being lifted from chassis,

I'm running baily Morris from Glynn Lewis but they can be found cheaper else where, best bet is to do lift and see what it runs like, if you then get rumblings after lifting then its time for wide angles chris.

Cheers lads, forgot the Astra's insurance is up at the end of the month so will have to wait till jan/feb time anyway.
I'll sort out some lifting blocks and see how she runs with them
