There are a few of us breaking 300Tdi's at the moment, is that what you have?

I will be selling the head and the rest of the engine is split for spares.

Let me know if you need anything.

Let me know if your definitely going and might take a drive up myself. can pick up MM from you (and you can spend the day loading it on to the iPad for me)

Well little interest in a laning day or EOR so I'll definitely be going.

Hoping to tackle the diff lock in the morning (another thread has suggested adjusting the linkage?????) and then get down to Newbourne for lunch.

Will happy have a go at putting your MM on the iPad, but this will have to be done via itunes. If your itunes account is in a laptop your'll have to bring it with you.

If its on your iMac then this would need to be done at home.
I'm appointment making tomorrow (working at home).
I need to see a customer who is close to you. Are you in Thursday or Friday.

I could pop over if you want?

Got offered a 200 shape V8 disco last night for £500, no tax or test but been told its solid, its an old boy who wants rid. It would now seem the question is fix mine or get the V8?? I do like the sound of V8's.....

If you can afford the fuel and won't miss getting wet then go for it.
I test drove one when I started out looking for a Disco. very nice and the noise was great!

My first disco was a v8. I loved the noise and the grunt but sold it as I couldn't afford the 15mpg I was getting.
That was 3 years ago so would be even more expensive now. :(

The noise and the extra power is what tempts me but I think in reality I should stick with the 300TDi, they are more reliable, better for wading and better MPG...

Would it be an appropriate time to go and top up the tank with sunflower juice.
I got loads hoarded from the Tesco deal (which BTW is on until 12th June).

Probably best not to antagonise, but tempting....

And yes I do have a written record of all fuel / SVO added so :p to HMRC

£160 cash. These are in Halfords I think for £219 IIRC.

Comes with 2 sets of drawer liners(!!) and the included tool caddy that sits in the top lid.
