200 kg less injection pump, lift pump, water pump, oil, filter header, dan, clutch, starter, alternator.

there is 8 inlet and 8 exhaust valves mounted in the head.
yu will need an engine hoist and at least 3 peeps - its VERY heavy .

Cheers for all the help by the way.
It ended up being a stuck valve, the very back one. When it got finally released it sprung back like a coil spring under compression releasing! It's running great now. Re-set all the rest of them too.

BUT as is usual i have another problem, now with the transfer box that has appeared today. I'll post it up
