Egr Blanking

Hi all

I have just purchased a egr blanking kit for my discovery 300tdi and i am not sure what to do with the electric connector on the top of the egr unit the instructions i have are very clear with photos but nothing about this part.
Also i am thinking of de-cating does anyone know if these can be sold on as scrap if so where in the Wolverhampton area

If the 300 tdi is the same as my TD5 it's a vacuum pipe connection and you just plug it, either with a screw or the plug that comes with the EGR kit.
