ECU programming to injectors

I have recently had an engine swap from a 16p to a 10p , but its not running correctly. As far as I'am aware the ECU hasn't been swapped.
I have had it on a Nanocom and it read the following faults:
[1.5] drive demand problem
[2.8] Ambient pressure circuit... this was reading 2.79
[1.2] Turbo waste gate

Can my ECU be reprogrammed to work with a 10p engine?
Can this be done without the vehicle being present? (just sending the ECU)

If anyone could give me some advice I would be most grateful.
 
If you swap from 10 to 15p you need to go on the nanocom or testbook and recalibrate the the throttle pot to 3 track 10p is 2 track 15p need 3 track... Or the actual pedel needs changing I'm not 100 percent certain might not be Ecu... Have a look at the Ecu 15p ones start with the number NNn where 10p Ecu its says Msb
