eas mode change 30 mph

Congratulations for this site,i read everything even before buy my p38.
anyone know how to go to access mode while driving,here in portugal in high road we pay by the height of the hood on the front axle.
when i stop to pay ,i lower eas manualy with break applied and park position,easy to go to access,but i need to go access without stop the range.
i have the diagram of the ecu,anyone know if i give conditions to pins 31,14,of ecu it will accept the access mode while driving..*****Because it could thing that brake and park is applied.*****
The diference between class 1, e 2 is the double,and i dònt want to pay so much.

Slow down, chose your hight, and there's a button next to is were you can LOCK the hight, then when you drive off again, press the button, and it will revert to normal mode
