I recently replaced my front height sensors after I got a fault code from one of them, after replacing them I calibrated the system using some blocks I made. The front left and right sensor seems to have a massive difference between them, I've attached a picture of the Nanocom showing the difference. Is this normal for two brand new sensors to have this much difference?

Secondly whenever I switch off the car it will level and when I return to it the height display will show it being in the access ride height with the standard ride height flashing. Occasionally it will also show as being in the high ride height so that it needs to lower to get to standard. Is that normal?

Can't find any leaks at the valve block/springs and the valve block was refurbished around a year ago.

Thanks.

I don't think you have to bother about the difference between the sensors as long as the height's are equal.Could have a driver pack problem re. the second prob.

If parked on an incline I think it sometimes can get a little confused as to which height it should be aiming at. Think that is normal. Wouldn't expect it on the flat unless it has been sat for a while and gone down a bit.

I seem to remember an aussie bloke saying he had some issues were the difference side to side was very big. Also remember Wammers saying something about adjusting them but keeping them within "2 beats per side" or something like that but might be mixing the situation up.
