Have found a pair of dual shock turrets for pretty cheap, are they worth the money?? What are the pro's and con's of this kind of setup??? I'm currently getting parts for a 2" lift for my v8.

Cheers

As ever .. it depends!

If you're running fast all day, say in competition, then maybe .. they'll keep cooler for longer and retain good damping. If it's for green-laning or Trials type slow off-roading then probably not. Twin shocks are setup to suit the vehicle and type of drive, and really need to be adjustable for damping and rebound, mostly using lighter weight oil, but 'cos they're dual, they hold more oil overall. Setup depends what you use it for though .. see first sentence.

The disco's my daily driver at the moment, 50miles round trip on motorways and occasional off roading. They do look nice tho. I think a nice set of bilsteins should be more than enough.

Yeah, duals would be overkill .. but it's your money!
