DSE Torque Improvements

Hi all

I have a limited budget to increase the torque on my DSE, and am looking at using Allard Trurbo Sport in Quedgeley. The do a combined superchip and larger intercooler for £720 + VAT, but also do a Variable Geometry Turbo. Has anyone any experience of using one of these? Is it worthwhile or is adjusting the waste gate a cheaper alternative?

They think an increase of 38% in torque should be expected from the combination but no figures are quoted on the VGT.

Any advice on Allards, upgrade or the turbo would be appreciated.

To expand further by limited I meant circa £1,500 is that clearer.

Ie I could not afford the VGT and the Intercooler and chip, hence after some advice.
