Broken down Defender, on the A39 near Bath/Bristol, on Friday, on trailer being towed by a...................FREELANDER.

Its a bloody disgrace!!

Was following behind so picture doesnt show tow vehicle but trust me it was a freelander!

Yup! Definatly was a Gaylander, otherwise i wouldnt of notice another fender on a trailer

Not a clue

It just needed a rest and the gaylander did'nt have any lunch money to hand over.

think i'd have left the defender where it was, rather than being embarresed

HA ... I can see what you've done here with your trick photography. You've used photoshop to swap the two vehicles around because let's face it this just wouldn't and couldn't happen. I did the same when I saw a motorbike jumping over 13 Defenders and I made it look like the Defender was jumping over 13 bikes! A simple yet believable photographic technique ... funny though, well done

That looks more like the A4 from the Globe roundabout towards Saltford to me.

think your right ratty, my journey took my on the A39 and A4 Following this all the way, picture musta been taken on A39, was just giving a description of roughly where it was.
