discovery td5 M and S light flashing?

It's BCU not bcc but you dont need to do any wiring mod untill it's not confirmed that the feed from the BCU doesnt reach the switch so troubleshooting is necessary first as Roy said to see if that's the problem or not then if it's the case i'll tell you more
 
The circuit for the power feed to the xyz switch wxyz outputs is as follows
Body control unit BCU located behind the front passenger glove box.

BCU connector CO663 pin10 (brown/purple wire)
CO668 pin3 to CO681 pin3 (brown/purple wire)
CO675 pin 8 (brown/purple wire)
XYZ Switch pin 8
With the ignition turned on to position 2, the first step is to check socket 8 in connector C0675 for 12 volt feed, if absent check connector C0663 pin 10 at the BCU for 12 volt feed to confirm the fault is not between BCU and XYZ Switch.
If you have no 12 volt feed from the BCU, you can bypass the BCU as this circuit is solely for the power feed to the wxyz circuits.
I used the positive power feed to the cigarette lighter to provide a feed to the xyz switch by wiring in a 5amp fused link to its circuit, by the handbrake, connector CO668/C0681 for which you need to remove the central console only a few screws.
You will need the electrical library to identify the connectors.

If you look at my recent post xyz switch information needed you will see that sierrafery has kindly posted the table of xyz switch feeds for the various gear selector positions from rave.
He is correct that the nanocom gives different reading, correct as listed, when read at vaelo BCU but you need to reverse the switch contacts list from wxyz to zyxw to get the same readings from the EAT ecu.
This may be irrelevant with your hawkeye.
 
Ok guys an update were I am I've made a new power supply to switch went under vehicle with hawk eye altered switch till I had neutral lined up locked it up check all the position where there by hawk eye but all the values are showing invalid ? So yet confused again the trouble I got is how do you alter values
 
the real question is why did you make a new power supply? was it mising? cos if you didnt measure you are on the wrong path...though if you just want to ignore me good luck
 
The power supply to the bcc and the switch as know 12 v supply so if I'm barking up the wrong tree advise me I'm just trying to make this as cheap as possibly before I get an auto electrician in to do it but if I can do it without I will try I'm out of pocket 600 pound can't spend much more on it
 
I know that my englisjh might not be the best but how can i ask? .... I'm asking again: did you measure voltage with multimeter there and was that feed missing? or why did you wire a new one?
