discovery 2 td5 climate control buttons not illuminated

After I changed my climate control button bulb (JWH100070), the climate control buttons are still not illuminated, besides, rocker buttons are not too. I measured these bulbs with multimeter, they are okay. I measured wires in the white plug, no volt. But if I plug in the white plug and press the power button, the panel led is illuminated, the buttons are not. I don't see any fuse for buttons. Any idea of how to diagnose the problem.

First of all confirm that all the other buttons on dash and console are illuminated and only the aircon ones are not

Is auto button air con.? All buttons including rocker ones are not. I measured PCB, there are volts. the panel led bulbs have about 5-6 volts. But button bulbs have 0 volt, they share same power. The flat cable is reconnected tightly.

This answer after my question makes no sense to me, i hardly understand what you mean

I managed to measure input powers from the white plug. The button bulbs have no power except the led bulbs, it is likely some electronic
component is not working. I need a electronic or PCB diagram.
