hi, i know this has probably been done to death but i cant find an answer. is there any way to fix the problem with the climate control bulbs that illuminate the switches. i have changed the bulbs and the head unit with one from a 2004 model, but i still cant get the switches to illuminate. is there a common fault with the pcb in the unit? do i just keep looking for a scrapper with a unit that works?

Are you installing the incandescent bulbs or upgraded to LED bulbs?
Yea everything else working ok.
I havnt done anything yet just looked at bulbs and swopped unit over with another and same results. Controls ETc work but no illumination of switches and push buttons when car lights switched on

Turn on the lights and check for voltage across pins 4 - 5(red/brown - back wires) of C0791...if no power we'll speak again provided you have decent skills with electrics
