Discovery 2 developed a cunning sound from the rear when pulling of ??

As the title says realt developed a slight clunking sound when pulling of and when going over some in even ground in low box.

Also have a humming sound between 1000-1300rpm from engine area it sounds like the power steering ?

Any ideas guys would like to sort soon m

could be the watts linkage under the car the bushes deteriat after time I did mine not a hard job too do couple of spanners and patients
