disco td5 wheel bearings

hi peeps need a bit of advice on this one, and what better place to come. too. Well our '00 disco i am 90% sure the front driver side wheel bearing is shot, with the wheel off the ground there is a clunking noise . So am i right in saying the bearing is shot? Been reading some other threads and it seems the best way is to change the complete unit, is it as simple as a bolt on/off or more to it any advice here would be good.

could be bearing or cv joint when my bearing whent it was just making a noise when cornering that got worse the hubs are just a bolt on job got my hubs from here Wheel Bearings & Axle Parts -
