Does anyone where I can get a manual for this vechile in book form please not disk as don't have laptop .ts a W reg 2000. V8 petrol auto

Also do these disco have timing belt or chain thanks

The only D2 V8 workshop manual I have seen is the NAS version and available to download, and the engine has a chain.

Why do you need a laptop?

It's a pdf based document, load it on your desktop and print out what you need.

80% you'll never use anyway.

depends if you want to pay such money or not

keep an eye on the popular auction sites, I got genuine land rover workshop manuals, in two parts, some 500 plus pages in each manual, for £50 inc p@p.

hard to find but they do come up now and again.
