Disco 2 hesitant after a few miles.

Hi, my newly purchased D2 becomes hesitant after a couple of miles. It's almost as if it's slightly starved of fuel. Never stops and after parking a few minutes sets of fine then it reappears. Any thoughts from the gurus.

Maybe if you tell what year, engine and transmission it is

Check the entire fuel system from the tank forward as it sound like a partial fuel blockage to me.

As already said, check te ECU red plug for oil, do this test too https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/check-td5-fuel-pump-hp.358086/, if these are OK unplug the MAF and drive it so for test

On the 15p if the MAF is knackered it causes a sort of limp mode when setting off initially. Well at least it does on the auto.
