i'm in glossop derbyshire and i cant find anyone who can help me with diagnostics to find this stupid fault with warm, can i buy it cheap or do you pay though the nose for a bit of kit....

You purchase the unit from BBS for the Vehicle you have - they send you the unit and the unlock code for your type of vehicle...
All the software is preloaded for all vehicle typres, you just have to unlock it with your code!
It is possible to purchase the nanocom and have it unlocked for all vehicle types...

...or buy one second hand and add additional unlocks to activate it for your vehicle.
I got a used one unlocked for diesels and added the motronic unlock and it worked out a good £100 less than buying a brand new one that just did the motronic.

Each Nanocom has its own ID and the unlock codes are linked to that. My unlock code won't work on your device.

You need the Motronic engine management code I believe (You can confirm this with BBS before ordering). New it comes to about £400 all in.
