defender steering tightened up

Hi guys,
i have recently had problems with my steering on my work defender 130,i replaced the steering damper with a terrafirma damper,sumobar track rod and track rod end.it has been fine and for two weeks,all track rods ends are ok but the steering has tightened up within the last two days.my tyre pressures are fine.the steering box has a slight minimal leak.the last owner said he replaced the pas pump.could the steering box be faulty or can i adjust the lock nut and grub screw to try to loosen it up.?

id take damper off first and try it
