D2 td5 won't start and doors won't lock or unlock

Hi there, I am after some help please with my 2004 disco 2 td5. I came out to the car this morning and it won't turn over . Also the doors won't lock or unlock on the key, I have 2 keys and they both normally work but now nothing although the red light on the key still lights up when the button is pressed , the battery on the truck is brand new and shows 12.6 volts , when I turn the key there isn't even a click from the starter, all the dash lights seem to be working , as are the headlights, heater fan wipers gets. Car was fine yesterday. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The roof receiver might have failed then you can start it only by entering the EKA code cos it's immobilised
