Hi again, got me this.... Lack of torque.
On this thread there was none (diesel pump problem )
https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-ro...shifting-up-solved.345436/page-2#post-4579054

So the problem now is, it runs smooth but does not speed up really Wel max speed 120kmh after 10mins of motor way. Went to with France (smal caravan Inc) and they got hills ;} we don't in Holland ;{

So diesel pressure is 4bar as measured. All read outs look fine. First gues is the exhaust filter is plumbed and full of diesel vommit.
Could take it out easy and fabricate an emergency repair

Or injectors, sure not going into that on vacation.
It's driveble now we don't go over the alps but around them :(

Any thoughts would be welcome

Have you tried to drive it with the MAF disconnected?

So you have unplugged the maf then, have you changed the fuel filter for a decent one? Have you taken off the map sensor and given it a clean? Not likely Injector's

Blush, took maf off again :D
Now it runs better, not good but better.
Found this car demolition company by wccident5, hmm every part for a disco 1 available. TD5 none:(

So it goes, but then a bit slower...

Tomorrow it's half way up to the alps route national... Away from the heat. It's going to be very hot in the south of France.

Off course if you have bigger than standard tyres you can forget about torque without a proper remap regardless of what MAF you fit

Can't ask to help, to far away...
A nearby garage who works on 4x4's is closed for today. Houston we still have a problem.

Found a parts supplier though. Parts are on their way and should arrive tomorrow.
Nice folks
