getting in the 11 volt range, dropping to about 10.18 after 6-8 cranks

That seems like too low a voltage.

Irrespective of how new it is, the first thing I would do is to put the battery on charge overnight - give it a good 12hrs; then try again.

Incidently, I think you say it's a new battery? What CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) and amp/hr rating is it?
 
Sierafery, i thought 'west of Transylvania' was tongue in cheek!!

Battery is 120 amp hour, cca of 950.

Bigger than what came out, and yes, been charging at it too.

Fuse 24 intact
 
Are you getting diesel up to engine?have you changed the filter?even drain it to see if any water in it etc,make sure it's pumping fuel to the engine
 
Gordy I can feel your pain as my d2 has just done the same thing two months after everything on the usual suspects list has been changed still on the bright side if it won't start it won't get stuck in the snow ⛄
