had a call today was offered this, deal done in 20 mins 93 vogue se on lpg,air removed (on springs) usual saggy roof lining,dodgy seat switches,bit of cover up on lower tailgate,fuel leak above tank,no spare wheel, runs like a swiss watch,stood 3 years covered in green will jet it off tomorrow,prob put it up until summer then sort it.

yeah nice i got an 86 /87. 3.5 one last october on lpg tanks under floor. im keeping mine standed maybe 1 inch lift on springs oh and mine is same blue but im changing it to a darker met blue. ive done the chassis with hammerite and stripped it all down so to clear everything and build it back knew ie, brake disc calipers pipes so on. you said you got a bargain how much of a bargain.

sold my modded one well over 6 months ago 300tdi manual but im a auto v8 man. diesels just dont do it for me

we passed a two door version on a motorway today. Right hand side lean to it!! Turned out to be the guys female passenger was a little err heavier than he was :p..
looked like a later one but two doors??
 
From the photos it does look very nice with the original bits still there, it makes me wonder why mine didn't last longer... I wished it had, but as the "tin worm" did get to the body badly, perhaps that was because it was kept outside for 10 years and used every day, so I needed something else and as 3.9s were passing me on hills I sold so it. :(
 
update tough decision do i fix or sell ? the tin worm is present but tbh ive seen/owned/done/welded alot worse more dry rust with usual rot i could shot blast it to get a better inspection
