I have a 2002 Freelander 5 door V6 Auto SE and have aircon problems, my garage has diagnosed as being a faulty controller, which is not switching on one of the fans. I have tried to obtain a replacement, but I am told they are unavailable, and I must purchase the complete double fan unit at £450.
This seems quite ridiculous to me. Surely there must be some alternative.
I ordered one from a breaker but it turned out not to be anything like mine.
Any suggestions?
