Aswell as the clunk when putting my auto disco in drive or reverse I am now getting a loud occasional click when driving and braking.Any ideas or should I just buy long blonde wig/sunglasses and cigar! :D

check your brake pads and retaining pins, just checked mine and they are worn on the pins and on the pads therselves causing a click from the pads floating in the calipers, just ordered a full set for the front pads/pins for about £20 from paddocks, will fit em soon as i get em assuming they send the right ones:D

Check propshaft UJs. A worn one can make a loud click (although more off a pingggg! really) when you go from power to overrun or vice versa.

i get a loud click sometimes too, Not sure what it is. I initially thought it was the gearbox changing but it happpens when im accelerating and it defo isn't. Dont think its the brake pads moving cause its not just when i brake or accelerate, it can be when im freewheeling as such, Auto. So not sure.

Anyone else any ideas?
