Hi all! Just signed up to Landyzone today as I have just purchased a Freelander TD4 HSE. Very happy with it so far and hope to have many happy miles in it going forward.
I was wondering if anybody has any tips on how to clean the metal tubing on the side steps. Mine are looking a little mottled and I would like to get them looking like new if possible.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Seb

I assume the steps are metal. Are they dirty or the surface damaged?

Yes the metal tubing under the plastic plate looks mottled. I’d like to get them looking polished again. I just wondered if anyone had any tips for the best product to use.

If it's the metal you want to rejuvenate

There is nothing better than autosol metal polish it'll remove surface corrosion and bring them up like new.

I’ll give that a try at the weekend. Thanks for the recommendation.
