CHECK ENGINE - wipers don't work

Hello All

Recently fitted 2 inch lift kit, snorkel, bit of checker plates AND replaced the indicator / lights lever

Now on occasion, when I turn the engine on the CHECK ENGINE light remains on and the wipers will not work. Usually after turning it off, then turning it back on (sometimes 2 or 3 times) the CHECK ENGINE light goes off and the wipers work.

Any ideas?
