Discovery 2 electrical issues.

Discovery 2 TD5 W plate

Symptoms
Indicators flashing on dash but not on lights
Rear windows will not open
doors will not open on fob or internal switch. Drivers door opens on key
Headlight and full beam indicator not coming on on dash
Red dash LED remains soild red and truck will not start
But sometimes it goes out and truck will start this doesnt seem to follow a pattern

Things already done.

Swapped internal fuseboxIDM
BCU sent to Callrova for refurbishment
Check grounding in driver footwell
ECU is on an extended loom but i have tried this directly back on main plugs and same issues including the Red LED comign back on and no crank (it had been cranking prior to this)

I had recently had to take out centre console and drill out gear stick cover plates to repair gear box, issue came after this did i mess something up?
I have a nanocom if that can help?

Any ideas please? im stuck. I have put so much money into truck i dont want to just give up and its so important to my well being to be able to get out and drive lanes etc.

I feel for you. If ones well being is reliant upon a Land Rover there will be very little of it.

Just confirm everything worked well and just after you removed the console all these symptoms appeared just like that without any previous signs? then nothing changed at all after you swapped the IDM and the BCU?

Also just to help SF identify your problem can we presume you regularly submerge your truck in mud and water seeing that you have an extended ecu loom?
Might have a bearing on the diagnosis.
