Hi Guys,
This is, I have no doubt, an old chesnut! But can someone tell me what year the actual CoC kicked in? I know that the legislation was designed in 1994, but didn't start until later.
I am considering the purchase of a 300 Ti Disco, now these discontinued at 1999 on an S plate. Will such a vehicle get a Coc, with EU type approval? or is it still too early for this system?
Sorry if this has been covered before, but please be gentle to a newbie ;o)
