Can u make a DT a dhse?

Hi all,
My 99 DT has got some switches blanked off cos it's not the right spec but whilst looking I noticed that behind the blanks are electrical connections
Can you buy the switches and just plug them in an Wendy you got heated seats, heated windscreen, headlight washers and so fourth?
Oh and my drivers seat is manual with electric height adjustment. Do I need a motor to make it all elec or do I just need the loom?
Sorry ya got two questions in one there but I think you can handle it.

If you want all the toys first thing you need is a Hiline BECM. Then all the bits for it to operate. Trawling around breakers yards you maybe able to get all you need. But it would be a major task and really not worth all the hassle.

Thought so, just thought that maybe it was possible to be a cheat. Should av bought a dhse int first place. Haha.
