Cam Belts 2008 FR2 HST Automatic

As a complete newby my new toy has done 74000 miles on original cam belt can any of you experts please tell me when I should get the belt changed.
All help appreciated..............

I think cam belt change is quoted as 150,000 miles, make up your own mind, or 10 years.

Flippin Heck - 150K miles between belt changes - that's a lot of stress for it (and the idlers/tensioners) to put up with over its lifetime.

I was advised approx. 90000 miles so maybe that's best advice..... thanks all
