Freelander 2 (LR2) Buying advice

make sure the heldex is ok from what I have heard , then check all the tyres are the same check the service book on it listen for any unusual sounds ect ect: then if you brain says yes go with it not your heart.
 
happy with mine, brought a couple of months ago, there is a mist of oil coming out of the front breather pipe, been told it just needs tightening up, which I have done. I'll look at it when the spring comes, -25 c is no temperature to be playing mechanic.. No noticeable faults and I've read they are quite reliable.
