Hi, I have searched various treads and can't find the answers I need, so heres my questions

Radius arm and trailing arm to axles bushes - I can get a screwdriver in the gap inbetween the arm and mount and move the arms to the side, Is this a sign that the bushes are gone?
I know they need some movement But I thought it would be rotational rather than lateral.

also

Rear shocks - top mount I can move sideways with screwdriver inbetween shock and mount, and I can grab the bottom of the shock and move in its mount. Is this normal or do I need new bushes?

Cheers

they are very worn ,there should be no free movement but obviously bushes can be compressed and allow a lever bar ,large screw driver etc to move components a little ,but yours are worn

poly bushes don't last longer.I will stick with oem bushes. Polybushes might be easier to fit,but thats the only plus point.
