regarding givin em a call - i got that covered. spoke to the secretary about us lot and said i could get a small group together, she said i should call her a few days before the event just to let her know, but its all good

i am back on the 25th so got plenty of time to sort stuff out ready for this!

I think there , i will be there about 9.30 pm

i know a number will be coming from the m25 so i will be sorting out a meeting point beforehand once im back in the uk - will work out the route from the m25 and set a meet along the way

What about the bp wildbean garage on the a31 outside farnham

sounds good but im in central america right now so not a clue, - if you guys wanna organise something then cool beans (ignore the pun) i will meet you there - i should be coming from the m25, unless i decide to go cross country

I fitted a new fuel tank to my truck cab today, or rather I watched Kris do it So I'm sorted!

Does anyone want to come to mine for a ****up on the Sat ? There is plenty of room to crash, if anyone thinks it is a good idea just shout !

Right Then, I'm just going to take the Bull by the horns and proceed with organisation

Gates open at 9am, I suggest we aim to meet there 9:30ish map here

You will need a bag of money, well change, cause it's a charity event and they will be giving fines for stupid and heroic behaviour etc..

Now I can't see any point in meeting at a services, because we are all coming from different directions, and there is paperwork/signing on to do at Broxhead, so lets just meet there, they have burgers and a bog, and if anyone is late we won't have wasted valuble play time.

Okay part two of this shindig, is potentially a ****up at mine on Sat. I have a little pub, with loads of alcohol, JukeBox, and Space Invaders. I also have room in the Garden for anyone to pitch a tent and camp, or there are a couple of Sofa's in the house to crash. If you are keen let me know, these things are only fun if a few people come obviously !

No Idea, my geography is crap There is a postcode on the map, and you could get directions from multimap, that would give you an accurate time!
