Hi Folks,
I am LOVING landy ownership! However I had her offroad last night and heard a loud bang whilst the axles were crossed up.
I found the spring has unseated and have now found that the rear shocker has failed in tensile and is now in 2 pieces......
I will now have to replace the shocker but it has gotten me thinking....How can i stop this again? I appreciate that dislocation cones are a good idea but how can I stop the shocker from taking the load after the spring has run out of travel??
Any suggestions??
