The quarry at Briercliffe near Burnley provides some of the best off roading in the North West, and all 4x4s are welcome

No need to book, just turn up on the day
Opens at 10am and closes at 4pm
Entry fee only £20 per vehicle, bring a packed lunch as the site is quite remote

cheers,mite make the march one ,wont make feb one as the gearbox on the landy went on way home from parkwood,,think its getting fixd next sat,but will leave me well skint.

Thanks for the heads up Stu.

It'd be good to go somewhere I haven't been, but I like Tong, and it'll be good to go and get stuck/breakdown/flooded without fear of holding up 40 other vehicles
