Looking forward to it, let me know if ya need a website, if you buy the domain name (£7.50) I will host if for free and set it up for you, you can then run it yourself. Software is really easy to use.

i dont run it, i just go to play. you want to talk to mike on the day

there are no toilets or snack van on site but there is a butty van and pub about half mile away that we use, if you wanna drive down together we could meet on the m61/m65 bridge WILL SORT A TIME OUT about 9;30am

well I'm going should be fun and I will get to try out my disco 300tdi.. managed to get a spare set of wheels with all terrain tyres on for £50. I have heared about wading plugs used on the 300 tdi's what are these/ where do you get them from and will I need to fit them before going?

I may see if my mate fancys a treck over that way. Not sure I will have time to fit the Snorkel and other bits that are on the to do list... Let alone start it!

wading plugs go on the bell-housing/timing belt cover, i don't use one. i use blue tack if i remember and as for snorkel if you stay out of the sheep dip (as most do) you will have no problems

Hi. Does anyone who is going to burnley quarry tomorrow, have a spare tow rope that we could borrow for it? Thanks John.

alot of us have recovery gear that go, so you will be fine.
Good recovery gear is one of the most important bits of kit you need, something to invest in john
