Following on from my http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f8/another-welding-thread-273372.html thread, unfortunately I am conceding defeat to the tin worn. I bought another Disco to tide me over whilst I weld this up but its not going to happen.
The engine and boxes are excellent as is all of the running gear.
It has a HD suspension set-up giving it a very small lift.
Had a recent new exhaust system.
Front OS swivel, bearing and CV replaced less than 1000 miles ago.
Located nr Manningtree, Essex Co11
Its still being used to move stuff about at my father in laws and I'm keeping it mobile for a pay and play day on the 19th April. Engine, gear boxes, snorkel, steering guard etc can be seen running, test driven and reserved for after the 19th.
Anything not needed for it to be used at the p&p day can be sold now (such as steps, interior trim, lights, rear bumper, window actuators etc etc).
The following has already been sold or transplanted to the new Disco.
Front winch & bumper
Roofrack & roof lights
TD5 headlights (have standard 300tdi lights for sale).
The wheels and alloys (but I have a set off the new disco for sale - 235/70/16's AT2).
