I'm ready to put the pedal boxes back in the bulkhead but the old seals are scrap, does anyone have a cheaper fix than the costly replacements?

I used one of my tool box liners but any closed cell foam sheet is good. 2mm thick should do it. Just cut out the shape you want. You can buy it on eBay in a4 sheets. Make sure it's closed cell. you will use it elsewhere so get plenty of it.

Nice one, thanks a lot for that. I can see the toolbox liner coming out lol, I'm off a few days after today and want to put them back in.

Yep, I've used closed cell foam on mine, bought a roll of it 5m long and used 3 rolls of it already, so as Discokids says, you will use it else where, I should of just bought a 50m roll of the bugger in hindsight, as I have just ordered another 4 rolls.

Where else are you using it?, what would you recommend the quantity to get? Cheers for the help

Everywhere  Under the cappings, under the tub supports, that alone is about 10m, but bare in mind mine is completely stripped down so I could galvanise everything.
Pedal boxes, seat belt mounts, steering column mounts, I'm using it to isolate the galv items from the ali etc..
Then their will be the floors, seat box and lids to put it between, I'm sure I will find lots of places I can use it as I go along where I would usually just wang the parts on.
