body lift

Hi Folks Would anybody know if it is possable to fit a 50mm body lift to a Defender 110?.

Seen it done in a mag article before, but he bought a brand new galv chassis and has all the mounts lifted by the manufacturer before it's galved

ive often wondered this and honestly cant see any benefit whatsoever,you still have the same axle/chassis clearence

The more I read about lift kits the more I am glad I dont have one.

Besides my 90 is way to sexy as is.

Body lift a defender bit pointless you can fit 750R16 tyres already. If it were a disco or RrC then hell yea a 2 inch body lift would be great.
