Blue tooth on frelander2 stopped working

hi I have a freelander 2 2007 model hse ,it was connecting fine to my phone and now it won’t connect to any phone ,I spoke to a land rover specialist who said it could cost 350 quid to put right ,,does anyone know if I can do a hard reset ,I looked at getting a CarPlay stereo to replace ,but Halfords are saying I will loose my front and back parking sensors ,not sure what to do ,any advice would be good thanks
