All LED with a pretty low draw considering. Voltmeter drops drom 14.4 to 13.7 with all lights + heatedscreen, seats, amp, sub and headunit running. So should be fine!

Taken a while! Mainly down to UK Mails lacking delivery.... Snorkel is finally done and fitted. X3 Coats of Buzzweld CIO should keep it looking good! Spray the honeycomb with lacquer to keep rust at bay, I hope!

Blends in quite nicely, doesn't look too over sized. Just very glad I didnt go for 4"!! Cost me £80 in parts and £140 in labour/welding. Not bad at all really! Considering the next closest thing is by Naka for £300

Had some free time this morning, so decided to give the 110 at least a rinse, which turned into a full scrub down and polish

Looks lovely! I forget how nice it looks polished up, though there are a fair few dings in it now lol. Also found some overspray in a few places so had to scrub that off with scratch remover, worked perfectly.

Door mirror surrounds where looking rather tired so sprayed them up with some left over PIO. Came out rather well

Was meant to say. Got a brand new boxed genuine LR ABS CV & Shaft for £100 delivered, can't complain at that price. Also swapping the non ABS CV for an ABS CV a mate has which gives me a full spare! (Im sure I'll need it )

Did get some LRS side repeater guards for £20 (Equipe copies, like the headlight guards, 30% cheaper) very nicely made finish the guards. I know utterly pointless, I've never damaged a side repeater and they are £10 for a pair to replace but they look nice so there

As of now the 110 is running beautifully, quiet, smooth, bundles of power on tap in any gear, less smokey too. Really happy with my work so far, not tooo much left to do to get it exactly where I want it Though some of that is replace when it goes bang work such as tranny/clutch etc...

Did I see you posted a trolley jack adapter to make it a beam lift? If it was you , how well does it work?

@neilly yup! Its not bad. Basically you have to remove the cup on top of the jack then slot an M10 thru into the cross beam. Takes a few mins to put together but works well.

Each side is adjustable in length and the feet at each end can be wound up and down to suit the height.

Jacks up the whole front or rear end easily and quickly.

Thanks, I had to get a new trolley jack ( 3T halfords one ) this weekend as I needed one with a removable saddle to put a transmission adapter onto, so may get one of these as well.

Yeah good bit of kit!

My side repeaters had taken some damage some how and fell out So new OEM ones (£8 delivered!) + LRS guards. Really like the look.

Couple things done today, mainly while I was waiting for someone to help me bleed my clutch! (Master/Slave may be failing... ) New parts en route for if the pedal drops again.

Fitted the Equipe windscreen cable runs, had to modify one to suit as the snorkel brackets got in the way, which was actually a bonus as it added the perfect place for the main breather pipe to exit! Rather neat solution compared to cable ties!



Cut the MUD Mini Pod to house the extra switches too, much nicer and more discreet than the full size MUD pod which I sent back. Decided against fitting gauges (EGT/Oil Temp) down to cost, work involved and I didnt like how they would look taking up so much of my windscreen. May use the TD5inside Infodash instead should I actually need those readings.

Been after a more plushy cubby for a good while but Exmoor seem to have taken leave of the senses recently. The LVX one I got for my 90 a few years back was £120, the black vinyl one with a padded lid was £130 when I first looked, was £160 next time I looked, recently £230

Even standard vinyl cubbys where £70+ then a padded lid for another £70. Madness!

Luckily I managed to get a brand new Puma XS spec one in full leather white stitch for £80 off ebay! Very happy added a really nice level of comfort, rests perfectly even with the MUD Locker below. Re-fitted the Alpine sub, strangely it had holes for the sub but they didnt line up! Had to drill new ones using the old photocopy the back (of the sub) stick on and drill! Also put in a square patch of foam between the sub and cubby hopefully reduce any reverb/vibration coming through the cubby.



Much neater internal install too as the carpet gave me the ability to hide the wiring and bolts for the sub behind it.



Comfy!! Bar finishing the soundproofing and maybe an Alcantara/suede headlining but undecided yet.

For the first time this year finally got some off roading in! Even if it was only for a few hours

Went to try out Cuddymunts in Faversham with a few mates, pretty decent site. Lots of clay, some water, few hill climbs overall good.

Was good to actually try out my tyres which where fantastic! I wasn't expecting them to be so good but they held out very well, only got stuck once but that was down to me loosing momentum trying to do a 3 point turn in 1ft of clay/mud/slop Other than that flawless, got my through the muck, up the hills and back home comfortably.

LSD was a god send there as well, I'm sure without it I'd have been a lot more stuck! Had to tow a fair few people out as well with TD5 POWWWERRR lol

Another angle, same recovery

Finally got around to doing a little bit of work on the 110, mainly some wiring which I detest! Though at least I've made a start!

So I've got all bar the Fog switch to light up on the sidelights, the fog switch appears to be wired totally different to the other switches which is annoying. Equally I couldn't get it to work on the Carling, will have to get my sparky mate to do that one!

Bumper spot light switch has been moved from under the gauge binnacle to the MUD Pod (relay has remained, too much effort to move it for very little gain). Only slightly annoying issue is the red "on" slit activates when I turn my high beams on, not just when the spots are on. I'd rather the red slit only activate when the lightforce spots are on. Another one for me mate! lol

Roof lights where easy enough to move after I worked it out.

Rear bar is en route from WOW.Factor on ebay, 23" 5D Cree LED Bar.

Even though I have the beacons ready to go, I'm holding off fitting them until I have the rear bar arrives so I can wire it all though in one go.

ETC Loom needs to be built as well, I just can't see why the Pace 4x4 loom is £160... All in all pretty happy! Very glad I didnt go for the one with extra gauges too!



Also fitted a new side wing vent, pointless bling but it does look rather nice imo! From SP4x4 not KBX, much lower in price and looks identical.

Custom looms costs a bundle as it is a scratch built loom and usually to your spec or an off the shelf spec built to order, these things cost money when built in the UK as we have high overheads and have to pay living wages to people, unlike China or Korea where children work like slaves for a dollar a day.

Looking good though, I have 6 7" LED light bars from WOW and have fitted them previously on a couple of excavators so they really take the shaking and suck up either 12 or 24 volts no problem. Switch panel looks nice, jury is still out for me on it though as I might be adjusting my gauge pod and fitting a panel in there in stead.

In your video above, is that a miss fire going on there? or is that just how it sounds?

Yeah fair point, still £160 for a couple relays and some cable.... Bit excessive. Good to know! Went with them this time as they are UK based so no tax to pay and the same price as HK ones.

Nope its a popcorn/hardcut limiter! Bounces off the redline

If I only spotted this motor a few months ago it may have helped with your snorkel.

Tis the company i drew inspiration from! Just wasnt happy with a bog standard 3" haha

I did not look at the size as I was scruitinering for trials events.
Some nice motors & some sheds.

Ahh cool. Sounds quite fun!
