Sorry to anyone who has recently started reading this, or has been following for a while. Since Photobucket are blackmailing asshats the vast majority of the images are now unavailable. I've replaced some images but frankly its exhausting. If there is a post that has no image but you want to see it, leave a message with the post number and I'll update it best I can.

Been on the hunt for a 110 Double Cab for a while and managed to find this lovely example just north of Newcastle. 2004 110 XS model, 3 owners, 95k on the clock finished in Epsom Green. What I found pretty amazing is that its about 95% factory original, only mods are the wide arches and the spot lights. Even has the original headunit, jack, breaker bar and the LR leather log book complete with all original paperwork. So I think ive got myself something pretty solid! Just got to wait for it to be delivered on Wednesday next week!

Has been serviced by the garage so I havnt got to worry about that, but I will check all oils anyway.

First jobs -

EGR Blank - Ordered one with a boost gauge fitting
At the same time going to pull the Inlet Manofold off and clean all the gunk out
Lighter Clutch Spring
LED Indicators, sidelights, reverse, fog and brake lights - Swapping them with my 90
Swapping the standard seats with my Corbeaus

Future plans? Very similar to what I did to my 90 with a few differences, mainly just going about everything more methodically with a better plan in place this time!

Colour wise what does everyone think of a black roof, black bonnet, black arches & front fascia?

More pics to come soon as it arrives!

Not all mate, no worries. Doesn't bother me who did it or when, from looking at it last week they have been on there for a while. The sills will be replaced with tubular rocksliders, the rest will either be stripped off and repaired or painted black

Went on a bit of a shopping spree today....

Allisport LIFT Full Size Intercooler

Allisport Blue Silicone Hoses - Blue because its easier to spot various leaks than black

Allisport Stainless Bullet Midbox Silencer - Pretty much a straight through but not quite as loud, plus it was on sale + the 90 was a little too loud above 40mph

Bosal Decat/DPF Delete Pipe

Syncroworks Slickshift - Makes changing gear so much more pleasant

x4 Bowler 16" Alloys in Anthracite with locking wheel nuts - I realised my new tyres are too big for the Wolf HD wheels I have, so I had to buy these

Got some Wurth uprated manifold studs as well, shall fit these when the turbo goes on.

Spoken to TD5inside, José should be able to bring their turbo and map it around December! :D:D

Also going to fit a Provent Oil catch can as well, keep everything running as efficiently as possible.

Yep! Got a bonus from work so you know that means landy shopping!

This one is going to be built to the best of my ability using the best parts where possible.

Still though cant decide if I want to keep it the original Epsom Green or have it sprayed to the same colour as my 90- which is a very dark, almost black grey with a gun metal kind of fleck to it.

Looks great bud, and the shopping list made me drool!!
I reverted to my old standard silencer after having the straight thu on, im doing 300 odd miles a week in mine and the drone became to much (lovely on short raspy trips though..), you'll have to let me know how different the allisport bullet is, as i miss the turbo spinning up and increased low torque from the straight through! Also been toying with getting the same intercooler, but not sure i can justify it yet, still saving for a re-con 1.2 trany box!!

Good luck with the 110, and keep the pics coming!;)

Cheers bud! I shall update with how loud it is. I know what you mean about the str8 thru, it can be a bit much sometimes!

If youre after an IC on a lower budget the Britpart ones are rebranded Sercks got one in my 90, been perfect for the past year.

DeCat pipe arrived today, quality is fantastic but it was £55 so cant really complain....

Mind to measure how tall are the STTs Pro on the rims, inflated but off the car?
Thanks

Thanks
I'm curious about their size, keep hearing how big they are. A mate who runs the old 35" STT told me the other day the 35" STT Pros looked like 37s next to his tyres
