Are these standard disco calipers?

Need to order some pads and a rebuild kit for the n/s caliper,when I bought it the guy said the brakes were upgraded to those from a defender.

I had a look and couldn't see any markings so im hoping one of you guys can tell from this picture

no, they are too clean, can't be a disco

No they are not. a different shape all together< I haven't a clue on what Defenders look like.

They aren't red

front are 2 pot, rear single.

do a search on e-bay, loads of pictures to compare with

Front callipers are 4pot that's two each side, rear are 2pot that's one each side.

Probably Defender 110s thats the usual upgrade on the front of Discos. I'am after a set for mine to give me more braking power for when I'am towing.

Whip the pads out and have a look, small ones are defender 90 and big ones defender 110

RRC callipers plus what ever look like scrap, don't forget ones life depends on the vehicles brakes when driving. Well mine does

Often 110 calipers are fitted to disco with vented disc

That's the best option, also makes it most easy to determine what pads needed just say vented

Here's one I made earlier

vented defender calipers are not fitted as std to discos vented disco calipers are and solid and vented pads are the same except pin kit

Sorry james I did not mean fitted as standard i meant often people upgrade disco with 110 vented discs and calipers
