anyone got stuck in there landy??

got up this morning to find at least 20" snow outside,so had a brew and went for a play in my disco.only got 200 yards before i saw a car stuck across the road so tow it out of the way so i could carry on playing,was out for 4 hours and towed 23 cars.when i came home i could not get in my drive as next door neighbour had got his freelander stuck,he came knocking on my door and said can you give me a tow off the estate so i did with a big grin on my face.
i am off playing again now

Should have towed him to the landy dealership.

should have told him to fooc off and buy a proper landrover

not got stuck. had around 15inch of snow and had to pull a frontera out of garden centre carpark hahaha

no snow yet in blackpool, might have to go and find some soon

what counts as stuck?

i got out again after being up to axles in snow on top of muddy stuff. didn't need a push tho it looked stuck and was sitting there with all the wheels going round....

it did come out again

will definatly be out this weekend, im sure there is a small fortune to be made towing pesants in their small hatchbacks out of the snow. Cant wait derbyshire here i come!!

it was a lane, the jimny gets on all right apart from the gearbox mount shat it self about 10 mins before that pic and got some land rover wheel nuts to make it work till he got home lol

Outside a cabin I lived in for a few months in Vermont (up a mountain in the woods, no running water or utilities). Not stuck in this photo, but did get stuck once driving up to it. Had to chain up all 4 wheels and winch the arse end sideways when I slid on to a small tree.
This is before the snow got deep.

But yeah, I've been stuck in snow several times.

didnt charge a penny,did it cos i can!
been out again this morning had loads of fun,came across a merc ml belonging to a posh ahole of the estate where i live.he told me recently that he spent 650 quid on winter tyres (my disco only stands me at 450 quid) so that he could go anywhere in the snow,only place it went was in the ditch at side off road so am off to pull him out after dinner.

Pulled next doors Transit up the road this morning as he got off his drive then sat there spinning the wheels. surprised by the lack of stuck cars actually as its quite bad round here.

Towed me first HGV artic lorry Tuesday night. Took some doing, kids loved it...

Cool. My dad and I used to go do that when I was a kid, always pulling people out. This was in the 60's, so no fancy tow straps. I can't believe we didn't wreck someone's car with the chain we used.
