Hi all it was another good day at tong yesterday though a little dry but never mind. . i let my old man drive my disco which he got stuck twice, second time the rut we slipped into bent my Tie bar and sheard the spring base plate off lol. got recoverd but another budding landy owner and his Mrs (thanks again) and all was fixed on the grass with the help of some suzuki owners.

Can i just give a Big thnaks to the Guy in the Landy 90 whom i asked for help when i was not just stuck but having problems with the bent tie bar. when i asked him for a pull out he totaly refused and F**ked off leving us to struggle for 20 mins on our own.

Hehehe, Tong can be a bit of a car-wrecker! Did a front wing on my Disco and the bumper endcaps and fittings ... and a bent shock, bent rear prop, and it gets it so muddy .... ;) Good to know there's people about who'll help though.

'cept for this muppet. I've rarely heard of anyone just leaving someone stuck and in obvious need of help when off-roading, especially at a Pay'n Play ... I mean, recovering someone who's fecked it up in a small way is part of the fun, isn't it?

Shouldn't need to be a rule, as such ... commmon decency and the chance of good pics/vids/all-round-****take should be enough to make anyone stop and help .. ;)

Sort of an unwritten rule, maybe.

i think its one of the things that makes owning a landy is that no matter where you are if there is someone with another landy they will talk to you and be friendly chat

I took my 90 yesterday for the first time but i only have road tyres on so i did the blue lane i had a mega day and all the people were friendly and helpful i am going to go in july but just to watch .....
